Was murdered in the early morning hours of May 06, 2007. His body was found behind a Goddwill store in Tempe, Az by a woman who was dropping donations off. He had been shot in the back of the head three times. An arrest was made four days later. The individual that was arrested said he did not know my son and that he is not the one who murdered him but he also is not naming any names. He is being charged with first degree murder, kidnapping and affilation with gangs. Trial will not start until November 2009. |

Pete Calleros has been sentenced to 32.5 yrs. 22 1/2 years are for my son Gene's death. Second degree murder. Pete is 29 years old so he will be 61 years old by the time he gets out and that is if he lives that long because he also has hepititis C. The Detective on the case said he believes that it was a case of mistaken idenity. |
